T30: What’s the Tea?

T30 was a next-level birthday bash. A group of friends planned to gather over a weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday. To commemorate the milestone, the first of the group, they decided on a package of favors they could take away: a program booklet, t-shirt, mix cd, dinner menus, and a tote bag to hold it all together.

The principal concept and design was created by collaborating with the group — collecting stories, photos, and well-wishes. The triangle represented the three decades they were celebrating. The celebrant also had a growing following on his YouTube channel. The triangle played into the pages as his timeline moved forward and they hit rewind on some of their favorite memories.
The program booklet included an infographic with some noteworthy accomplishments, a timeline of major events together, a crossword puzzle, and personal birthday messages.
